Please take your seats in the ceremony room, and during the day, we encourage you to say hello, connect with friends and family, and savour the celebration together.

Wedding Ceremony
Our ceremony will take place in the Cromwell Suite. Please ensure you are seated by 1:20 pm. Photography and confetti will follow immediately after.
2:00 pm
Drinks Reception & Photos
Join us in the Garden Terrace for drinks, canapés, and photographs. A wonderful time to sign our guest book and mingle with family and friends.
3:15 pm
Guests Take Their Seats
Please make your way through to the Cromwell Dining Room and find your seat. Settle in, top up your glass, and get comfortable — the speeches are about to begin.
3:30 pm
Wedding Speeches
A few words from the wedding party — expect warmth, a little laughter, and perhaps the odd embarrassing story.

Wedding Breakfast
A three-course meal will be served. Sit back, enjoy good food and even better company.

Evening Guests Arrive
We welcome our evening guests to join the celebrations. It means the world to us to share this evening with you!

Cake Cutting & First Dance
We'll cut the cake before taking to the floor for our first dance — then the dancefloor is all yours. Come and dance with us!

Last orders and one final song. Time for a last dance before the night draws to a close.

We ask all guests to say their goodbyes. Safe travels home — and thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for sharing our day with us.

Hotel Cromwell Car Park
Free parking for hotel and restaurant guests, on a first come, first served basis. Entry is via the rear of the hotel on Church Lane. Due to current building works this area serves as both entrance and exit — please proceed with caution and be aware of oncoming vehicles.
The car park is managed by ParkingEye for hotel and restaurant guests only. You must enter your vehicle registration number at the tablet in reception on arrival. If you receive a charge notice in error, email a copy along with your room booking confirmation to [email protected] and the hotel will resolve it.

Two 22kW Type 2 charging points (HYDRA Nexus) are located on the back wall of the car park, allocated on a first come, first served basis. You will need to download the HYDRA Nexus Cloud App and bring your own cable.
If the hotel car park is full, there are several options within a 5-minute walk in the Stevenage Old Town area, including both council-managed car parks and street parking. The Church Lane car park (C) is the nearest alternative, just a 2-minute walk from the hotel.
Free street parking is available in the surrounding area, subject to the following time restrictions. Please check signage before leaving your vehicle.

We'd love for guests to dress smart/formal. Ladies may wish to wear a dress, skirt, or smart trouser suit. Gentlemen are kindly requested to wear a suit and tie. Please note the drinks reception may take place outdoors — heels on grass are at your own risk!

Yes — you're welcome to take photos during the ceremony, with one exception: please no photography during the signing of the register. We're lucky to have a professional photographer capturing the day too, so feel free to relax and enjoy the moment. Do share your shots with us via the QR codes around the room — but we kindly ask you hold off on posting to social media until the evening guests have arrived.
As we've been lucky enough to build a home together, we already have most of the things we need. Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all, but if you would like to give something, a contribution towards our honeymoon would be very much appreciated. There will be a dedicated gift table in the wedding reception, along with a postbox.
